Privacy note

Last updated: October 31, 2026. This short note is a plain-English summary and is not a substitute for a full privacy policy reviewed by counsel.

What we collect

When you fill out our “Get started” form, we collect your name, business name, trade, phone number, email, and any message you include. If you become a client, our onboarding form also collects the business details needed to set up your receptionist. We also record when you submitted it and basic browser information (user agent) to help prevent spam. Our pages also count visits (the page path and the referring site) without cookies or personal identifiers.

How we use it

We use it only to answer your inquiry, schedule an intake call, and set up service you ask for. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Calls to our AI receptionist

Calls to our demo line and to clients’ AI receptionists begin by disclosing that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used to send call summaries and to improve answer quality.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured cloud database run by our hosting and database providers. Access is limited to our team.

Email preferences and unsubscribe

If we send you email, every message will include our mailing address and a way to opt out. To unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time, email hello@callanswerly.com with “unsubscribe” or “delete my data.” We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
